2. Yoga
Held on occasional basis. It is designed to let the visually impaired athletes to strengthen their body flexibility through simple yoga moves, and practise at home on their own.
3 . Stretching exercises
Held on occasional basis. It is designed to let visually impaired athletes to learn gently lengthen muscles before and after any form of exercise, and to improve tissue elasticity / flexibility. They can practise at home.
4. Indoor rowing
Held on occasional basis. It is designed to enhance visually impaired athletes' enhances cardio-respiratory system and train their muscles.
