1. Team Members
We currently have over 170 visually impaired athletes in 5 districts, including Shek Kip Mei, Tuen Mun, Tseung Kwan O, Sha Tin and HK Island.
2. Training
Through a series of systematic fitness exercise, such as physical training, walking, jogging and long-distance running, visually impaired of different ages could maintain good health, establish positive life and to gain confidence in coping with the new life every day.
Our coach will, depend on the physical condition of the visually impaired athletes, encourage them to participate in the competitions. The main focus is to make sure they enjoy the game and complete it within the time limit. It is a proof for them that visually impaired people can finish the running races like other people after training.
